What We Do

The Full Scope of Our Beaverton, MI Basement Waterproofing Work

Every Beaverton, MI Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.

Basement

Interior Drain Tile

We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.

Basement

Sump Pump & Basin Installation

Battery backup is available for any sump system, so a power outage during a storm doesn't undo the whole fix.

Basement

Wall Crack & Cove Joint Sealing

Vertical wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection depending on whether they're still actively weeping.

Basement

Vapor Barrier Wall Membrane

We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.

Basement

Window Well Drainage

Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Beaverton, MI basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
